While the fight for nationwide, year-round E15 is not yet finished, yesterday's bipartisan passage of my bill marked a historic win!

House Republicans just passed H.R. 1346 the Nationwide Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act.
This bill allows the year-round sale of E15 gasoline nationwide, expanding fuel choice, supporting American farmers, and helping lower costs at the pump.

I supported the Secure America Act to ensure that our brave federal law enforcement officers have the resources they need to keep Americans safe.
This legislation provides long-overdue funding and prevents Democrats from derailing continued efforts to keep our border secure. I look forward to seeing President Trump sign it into law as we continue to work together to defend our nation from the threats we face.

Grateful for the bipartisan support of my colleagues and look forward to working together to pass this commonsense legislation on the House Floor.
PASSED: The Ways and Means Committee just passed H.R. 3164, the Main Street Pharmacy Access Act.
This bill enables Medicare coverage for pharmacist-provided testing, vaccinations, and treatment for common infectious diseases and is a transformative solution to expand access to care in communities facing significant physician shortages, especially across rural America.
