House Bill 655 has been signed into law by the Governor!
I was proud to work with Rep. Duggan on this legislation, which creates exemptions allowing government agencies to meet privately with attorneys regarding certain private property rights claims.

Proud to announce that SB 1602, our Housing for Veterans bill, was signed into law by the Governor.
I’m proud to work with Rep. Rosenwald and Sen. Wright to expand access to safe, stable housing for veterans by encouraging more landlords to participate in the HUD‑VASH program.

Team 96 attended the Greater Sunrise Chamber’s monthly luncheon last week. Mayor Mike Ryan discussed the proposed property tax amendment on November’s ballot. The Chamber also donated golf tournament proceeds to Piper High School for college tours for disadvantaged students.

Honored to receive the Broward FOP Public Safety Award. Our law enforcement officers and first responders are the backbone of our community, and I’m proud to support those who put service above self to keep us safe. Public safety will always be a top priority.
