To answer your question about where are the Republicans at the state legislature - about calling a special session,takes 2/3 of the house members. The Governor needs to call one. @krismayes @katiehobbs @MichaelCarbone the majority leader verified that yesterday. @brahmresnik

If the federal government does not pass a resolution by Wednesday- @katiehobbs should consider calling a special session and allocate a matching 30 million out of the Az Rainy day fund for Arizona families and the SNAP program in Arizona like other governors.
