Great meeting with the PA Realtor Association yesterday to discuss their 2026 Legislative Agenda, including House Bill 1095, which limits public access to certain eviction records under specific circumstances, such as when a tenant was not at fault or after seven years.

Saddened to hear Heidelberg Borough Police Chief Dennis Dixon passed away unexpectedly Monday. Chief Dixon served Heidelberg for 20 years. His impact and service to the community will never be forgotten. My thoughts are with his family, his fellow officers, & the people he served
