It’s not a surprise that this merger was fast-tracked by the Trump Administration for approval.
I’ll keep fighting to make sure the deal gets close and independent review and that antitrust laws are followed. This deal will have a huge impact on jobs, our local economy and on consumers, and regulators should take all of this into account moving forward.
