For years I have put forward plans to fix Social Security to save it from bankruptcy.
Now I am proposing a bipartisan, bicameral committee with equal numbers Democrat and Republican to avoid this looming default.

I am deeply humbled and honored to have been elected Chair of the Republican Party of Texas.
To the incredible delegates, you are the most educated and informed electorate in Texas. You read and heard our clear plans and you made your voice known loud and clear. I respected you because you knew what was true.
God truly had His hand on this race. He placed remarkable people in my life at just the right time patriots who saw the vision and gave their time, expertise, and treasure out of pure love for Texas. I am so thankful and humbled by each of you. Today I listened to one of America’s greatest treasures, Pastor John Hagee, declare that truth is the only way to lead. That will be my standard.
Now we have a lot of work to do. I will be calling on the people of Texas to step up, so we can remove every Democrat as we go and make Texas Redder than ever before!

Urea prices are down ~45% from their peak in April. Current price is the same as a year ago, plus-minus a few dollars.

China officially declared the waters surrounding Taiwan, including the Taiwan Strait, as its "near-shore waters" or "coastal waters" (近海) for the first time on 11 June 2026.
The Chinese Communist Party is setting up the (internally) legal premise for blockading Taiwan.
