Thanks to our hardworking @FRYSC_JCPS & Neighborhood Place for hosting the Back to School Bash at Hazelwood Elementary this weekend! Over 1000 students and families received backpacks with school supplies, vaccinations, lunches, and connections to vital community resources.

🧵 The SB150 ban on the use of puberty blockers and hormones for youth with gender dysphoria has been blocked by the KY Western District Ct because of the likelihood that it violates the Equal Protection Clause and the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment.

We passed nearly 200 bills during #GA23, with most of those going into effect this week, including sports betting, delta-8 regulation, skilled games ban & SB150 (ban on gender-affirming care, parts of which have been blocked by a federal judge).
