Despite considerable snowfall this winter and some spring rainfall, the PA Dept. of Environmental Protection has issued a drought warning for Chester County. Residents are encouraged per DEP's guidance to voluntarily reduce their daily water usage. đź’§

AMTRAK is holding a public meeting regarding their multi-year project to advance major power system upgrades on the Zoo to Paoli segment of the Harrisburg line. They'll discuss the purpose, benefits, and timeline of the project on June 16, 2026 from 6 PM - 8 PM.

Showing up for our municipalities matters! My bill to expand The Highway Transfer Turnback program pay per mile from $4,000 to $6,000 passed the #PaHouse unanimously and is now headed to the Senate for their consideration.

The Transfer Turnback program allows our communities to best address their traffic and road maintenance needs, but the pay rate per mile has not been updated in 20 years. This is a much needed update and I'm hopeful my bill will receive consideration in the Senate!

Each year, PennDOT holds an innovation challenge, which engages our Commonwealth's students to tackle real world problems by utilizing new technology or a new method of thinking. This year, Conestoga High School took home 1st place!

We had an historic victory when PA’s Commonwealth Court recently ruled that our state’s current ban on Medicaid coverage for abortion is in violation of PA’s constitution. I've introduced legislation to make sure access is still available even if this case is challenged.

Today I joined @RepMcClinton, @RepMayes, the @WomensLawProj and other stakeholders as we held a press conference to celebrate a major victory for reproductive health, rights, and justice in our state.

The recent Commonwealth Court ruling establishes reproductive autonomy as a fundamental right under the PA Constitution. I look forward to a future of equal access to essential reproductive healthcare because which insurance plan you have should not determine your access.
