ALT Kambrook Stick Mixer - not fixed but hacked for parts. Poor design for repairability Dyson vac - not fixed unable to get to part to fix it. Poor design for repairability Kenwood mixer - cheap retainer washer had fallen away from bearing casing and was difficult to access. Fixed after 1hr 45 mins due to poor design for repairability Ryobi drill - plastic trigger switch snapped. Low-grade plastic is used compared to vintage models.

Most people think that we only repair 'hardware'.
Sure, we can fix your sewing machine, but our volunteers can also mend clothes as well.
It’s the equivalent of one of our hardware repairers fixing your Sandwich Maker then being able to make you a toasted sandwich.
