Modoc County Supervisor Ned Coe is taking action as gray wolves pose growing risks to rural communities. With livestock attacks happening near homes, the county has declared a local emergency and is pushing for stronger protections.
“These wolves have lost all fear of humans,” says @nedcoe, a local cattle rancher himself.
