@BofAstadium the lead mic speakers are out for the @billyjoel concert in Charlotte. The 500 section north side can't hear. Please address!

This guy's a legend, switch his mic out!
You read that right. There is nearly universal bipartisan support for #dataprivacy regulation. How many things can you name that 9 in 10 Americans agree on? Excited to be co-authoring this research to inform #privacy legislation.
Nearly all Democrats, Republicans, and Independents surveyed agree it is important for Congress to pass federal #privacy legislation now. More here on the bipartisan support for data privacy: privacyforamerica.com/nation… @InnovateMR @ResearchKerry @WildingBrown

***Drumroll*** It's the Brand E-Zine many of you've been waiting for! It's like I say to my 6'8" husband all the time: Why fit in, when you're meant to stand out? Plus, it's a double feature! Behind the click you'll also find our Audience issue, featuri…lnkd.in/dAADASVg

We've seen this finding #3...that consumers prefer paying for #SVOD over free #AVOD...for at least 5 years, YouTube excepted. I wonder how long it will take #adtech to realize they're creating a burden that drives people away from content. Is it time for an ad load intervention?

That time when I was aiming for "this is really obvious, right?" and landed on "well that was accidentally profound." Multicultural research should be the rule in 2021 America, not the exception. Please join me in saying that out loud. #mrx

Interesting analysis on COVID content consumption vs. COVID cases, by state level election outcome, from our client @SocialFlow.

Politics aside, what an outstanding display of mentorship and powerful example of lifelong learning and the humility required for ongoing acquisition of knowledge.

13 years ago, I emailed Dr. Fauci out of the blue to ask if I might interview him for my undergrad thesis. He invited me to his office, where he answered all my questions. When I sent him the thesis, HE READ THE WHOLE THING (see his overly effusive review below). Who does that?!

I said the same as I watched the credits, "Wow, LMM not only concepted this and wrote the book, he wrote or co wrote every song." And by bringing history into modern sound, language, and character, he made clear how relevant and contemporary the story remains. True brilliance.
I am watching #HamiltonFilm and trying to get my head around a human being having this kind of vision. Obviously the songs are in our lexicon (and brains) now, but this all originally came from one person’s mind and imagination and it’s fucking unreal. That’s all. Damn.

I understand none of this science, but I'm pretty sure this tweet is my niece - a PhD candidate at Johns Hopkins - saying she co-authored and is now publishing a scientific paper with a Nobel prize winning scientist. 👏👏👏 #WomenInSTEM
Check out @CWGreider and my paper, officially accepted at eLIFE today! We found 2 distinct roles for Rif1, a protein discovered for its role in telomere length regulation and more recently appreciated for its role in origin firing. My first-first-author! elifesciences.org/articles/5…

How to address people who lie with statistics to perpetuate racism - intentionally or not. Great thread from @michaelharriot.
I had a professor who always talked about "the necessity of existence." Basically, some things should be created just so that thing will exist in the world. So here's a thread to RT anytime some1 responds to #BlackLivesMatter with "but black on black crime" like this yahoo.
We're excited about this too! #video

This thread is telling. @ChaseforBiz is about to lose a lot of clients, thanks to terrible management and client service of business customers through PPP. An important case study in brand goodwill - legacy brands need to stop taking veteran customers for granted. #brand #crm

Yikes. In a rush to collect #data, these elite univ. researchers ignore #privacy laws like #CCPA, violate #COPPA, collect personal health history w/out mentioning #HIPAA, convenience sample, & introduce linguistic confusion. Urgency still requires discipline, folks. #COVIDー19

This thread reminds me of a quote I heard from an educator when I was a school board member. "We are not a math nation," she said. That's shaping up to be the biggest understatement of my adult life. This isn't even advanced math.

I'm not gonna lie, this brought tears to my eyes. What a beautiful reminder to pay attention and be helpful to one another.
I went to the grocery store this afternoon. As I was walking in I heard a woman yell to me from her car. I walked over and found an elderly woman and her husband. She cracked her window open a bit more, and explained to me nearly in tears that they are afraid to go in the store.
I have no idea who any of these people are, but this thread is gold. And possibly also my CPA fantasy. 💯
