Writers will be paid 11 pence per word; poets & artists will receive £50 for selected work. SICK aims to increase these rates as the magazine continues to grow, and we have proudly done so twice since launching in 2019. Contributors are paid upon completion or acceptance of work.

This flopped on my personal, so I’ll ask here. I want to submit my gastroparesis themed chapbook to a contest, but want another set of eyes on it first. It’s about 25pgs. Would be willing to read/offer critiques on your work in exchange!

I wish more poetry books were accessible in ebook. I asked to pay for an ecopy of a disability poetry book this year from the publisher, and the publisher was like 🥰no🥰. Some indie publishers don't make room for accessibility. Big ones do because they want my disabled dollars.
