After all the studies tendons need tension load, muscles need to contract, brains and nervous system need stimulating , joints need moving 👍

I’m guessing he had surgery on his collar bone done at a normal speed, with care, ( I hope). I think you are trying to say, he got into surgery soon after the accident.
Tour de France in doubt for Josh Tarling as he undergoes speedy surgery following crash cyclingnews.com/pro-cycling/…

My wife has taken my granddaughter on their annual summer trip. This year’s destination is Madrid. Sadly it may be the last as my granddaughter is 18 next month and we maybe lose our coolness soon, 😂

Understanding beliefs about low back pain matters for better care. 🧠 This study buff.ly/YoXDqQ5 translated and validated the Chinese Back Pain Attitudes Questionnaire, supporting reliable assessment of attitudes and beliefs in Chinese populations with #LowBackPain.

The McKenzie system of classification should be quite easy, everyone is deranging until proved otherwise . Statistically this hold true. Prove me wrong.

Pondering on the recent paper using the mathematical model discussing pain and psychological factors and how they are influential initially, but are fixed once established, hence psyche interventions won’t change pain states. Sounds a bit like my blog 👇 pancakes anyone?

I shall hence forth drop the “Boiling Frog” hypothesis for slow subtle changes over time not being recognised by the body and thus not producing pain, to the “Indiana Bell Building” hypothesis. This is why you can see changes on MRI but have no pain, so slow “no one felt it move”
In 1930 the Indiana Bell building was rotated 90° Over a month, the 22 million-pound structure was moved 15 inch/hr while 600 employees still worked there. There wasn’t interruption to gas, heat, electricity, water, sewage, or the phone service. No one inside felt it move.

This is a Thread of Threads wanted to call it “Game of Threads” Everything MRI, from current evidence, to talking to patients by @DrJN_SportsMed and understanding the basics of MRIs by @PalingClaire “MRIs are coming”
“Old man shouting at MRIs” A thread. What is the evidence, is it confusing?
