Only in the sense that there would be nothing to be "saved" from. Basic logical implication is not a strawman. If God 'sovereignly' lacks the ability to delegate beyond micromanaging every detail, either:
- all would be perfect/sinless via 'reformed' definition of sovereignty (i.e. god is not love; automatons)
- none would be created in the first place (i.e. god is not love; indifferent)
