It’s made from a variety of crab apple that is rare in Ontario (the cider maker only knows of 3 trees), and they only bears a full crop every other year.

Celebrate #CanadaBeerDay with a new collab with @RevelCider! Pom Lam is a play on Lambic put with fruit, and funky in all the right places. Peachy, pineapple-y, full of pithy citrus and hop bitterness, and a little added body from the wine and oak.

@RevelCider you do a lot of things like no one else does. One thing is you do botanicals and zero sugar. This perry is not like perries we get in US.
