We were thrilled to see that @educationgovuk has confirmed the launch of a Natural History GCSE. This will help inspire & empower the next generation to connect with the natural world & understand the vital importance of protecting it.
We know that educating young people about nature is key to building a more sustainable & biodiverse future. The Natural History GCSE is a huge step forward in creating a deeper understanding of the urgent need for nature recovery.

Did you know that Scotland is ranked 212 out of 240 countries for the state of its nature? And that large-scale landholdings make up 40% of Scotland?
That's why we're pushing for an amendment that asks Scotland’s largest estates to lay out their plans to restore nature.

High numbers of deer can negatively impact the natural regeneration of trees and without a natural predator to keep their numbers in check, it's crucial that rewilding projects have an effective, well-connected deer management strategy.
