People can say that EVO LV will always be the more prestigious event, and all the others will be lesser. But not everyone will agree. So the community will be divided in that thought.
Someone like Mena winning EVO Japan it’s understandable why he things EVO J is Same as EVO LV

Personally i consider both, the Tour finals for the respective game(Capcom Cup, TWT, etc…) and EVO, world championships.
But i also feel like if you agree on EVO Las Vegas being a world championship, EVO Japan/France/Singapore also is.

Your opinion is yours and you are entitled to it. I can see if going in the future you wouldn’t share publicly if it’s negative, but you are a pro so if you do it’s understood. If apologizing is from people saying you wrong you aren’t. It’s an opinion.

I didn't expect my opinion to be such a big topic.
It's been 3 months since it was released. Honestly, you guys all know found out the depths of Tekken 8.
I think T8 made to learn quickly. This means something different from knowing to beat your opponent.
The reason I said it wasn't funny was when I realized that the legacy knowledge and strategies I learned from playing Tekken for a long time weren't working.
Because there is only reward in attack and no reward in defense. if you block, you've lost health.
If this is a new era of Tekken, I probably haven't adapted. This may be the trend of gaming these days.
Maybe I'm an old person haha
Someone will like it or won't. I think it's very hard to make a game that satisfies everyone.
I'm not going to ask BN to change the game to good for pro level players, Tekken8 can be a very good game with a little modified.
It may be negative if look at it as a legacy player, but if i think i should try and adapt to a new meta, maybe enjoy T8.
I will try hard because I really like Tekken.
Sorry for the negative opinion as it's just been released.

TikTok at the moment is at a point where every level of creator is basically saying it’s not worth investing into.
Hopefully that changes.

On this day 5 years ago, Sharon and Terry Bogard were addded as playable characters for Fighting EX Layer. Both characters were implemented as part of the game's version 1.2.0 update.

This is a question that has an answer that is hard to pin down for me. It's like I feel winning a world tour puts you in a upper echelon for that specific game, but winning an even title gives you a certain prestige that across the fgc you gain the respect of many. So maybe EVO
Which has more prestige:
Winning an EVO title in a specific game?
OR
Winning the World Tour title of that game?

If I beat you 2-0 in winners, then we meet in losers for you to beat me 2-1, I still have a winning record on you. That’s crazy you get to eliminate me.
Plus, BO5 or BO9 most times leave no doubt in your mind who is the best. For invitationals and Tour finals it’s a convo.
