I find industrial heritage fascinating and the enigineering on the Hay Inclined Plane at Ironbridge, is fantastic from 1793. It lifted barges 207ft (63m) from a canal next to the River Severn at the bottom up to the Shropshire Canal at the top. @OA_Architecture@Reyconservation
Phase 1 completed at Field House for the @LandmarkTrust, thank you to @InsallArch, @MattAVaughan for putting our name forward to carry out the works.
Works involved Masonry, Carpentey and Roofing repairs.
We are looking forward to working alongside @howells_makes to transform the Grade II*-listed Birmingham Botanical Gardens. Partially funded by @HeritageFundUK, the project includes the masterplan design and restoration of four Victorian glasshouses.

The new door at Woodchester Mansion made by @Reyconservation based on drawings by Viollet-le-Duc who was a major influence on the Mansion's architect, Benjamin Bucknall @InsallArch .
Lovely project ongoing at The Great Malvern Proiry, underflooring heating. Thank you @Arnold_Bartosch for the project.
Well done @AshleyCrf250 leading the project.
Yesterday we visited @IronbridgeGMT for a staff CPD day. An exciting opportunity to see and learn about traditional iron casting methods and visit the foundry at Blists Hill Victorian Town.
Careful work by @Reyconservation digging between vaults - some known, some not picked up by GPR - to build reverse buttresses. These will prevent collapse of the wall which was displaced by four limes over time, much as we hate to lose trees
Merry Christmas !🌲We're closed today and Boxing Day and will reopen on the 27th of December! 😊
