Joe Wicks was joined by BHF Scotland's very own @RiForsyth for the heart pumping fitness session.
It was also a welcome chance to share heart health information and support as well as talk about our lifesaving partnership with Royal Mail #HeartMonth #FitnessMotivation #HeartHealth
