It was a fantastic turnout on the weekend as we partnered up with Friends of Tawd Valley and the WLBC Park and Countryside Rangers to clean-up a section of Tawd Valley Park, Skelmersdale. The children who joined us got to work in creating anti-litter posters to help our cause.

Rivers are ever changing; it's in their nature to shape the landscape. Here, the recent high flows carved out some little pools along the River Ribble and in just a few weeks the pool has filled with caddis, mayfly, beetles, snails, shrimp, minnows, and even a bullhead.
