Swansea Indoor Bowls Summer League in our Summer Jersey Everyone knows that Bowls means a lot to me and it is helping my recovery being able to play following my #stroke helps not only my physical rehabilitation but my brain rehabilitation also #braininjury #strokesurvivor

11 Years have passed since I had to say 'Goodbye' when you closed your eyes for the final time and slipped away. Dad not a day passes where I don't think of you and I hope that me getting my Welsh Para Jersey makes you proud. Keep watching over me Dad and continue to make me mend

Hi @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow what you suggest I do here? @GravellsMotors finance manager has instructed their team not to give any information to customers regarding "what finance company was my car with?" When I have contacted 2 of their dealerships today! Am I surprised 😮

So this happened yesterday, me being selected to play in the Welsh Para Bowls Squad and gain my Welsh Para Jersey #PROUD is not a word I use lightly but I'm using it now To be able to continue my sport after my #Stroke and represent #WALES also #parabowls #strokesurvivor #proud

After just a few weeks of playing in West Glam VI Bowls Club, which is an Inclusive Team, we played a Pairs Competition in Memory of Ashley Rees a former player... Myself and Martin lost in the Final! Congrats to Toby and Keith who were the Winners. #stroke #stillrecovering

So 2 years today 14th May 2021 my life changed forever, well there was nearly no longer a me, as a serious stroke with 2 bleeds on my brain was by far the hardest thing to overcome. Thanks to everyone who has helped my recovery #strokesurvivor 😁
