One interesting observation I made is that trait rarity not always dictates price. Meaning certain traits might be more rare on paper but less valued by collectors. And other traits might be slightly more common but highly sought after because of their aesthetics. That further means, especially early on, be very careful what you buy/sell. Because the market will reprice traits according to taste, and not solely based on rarity numbers. On the other hand, if you have a good feeling for what people might value visually, you could be able to make some great buys before the prices increase.

This is one of the earliest concepts for the worldbuilding of Majin. The purpose of these illustrations is to visualize ideas for the brand. It’s also a way to test the color palette, get a better feeling for the “vibe”, place items or traits within the world of Majin, and to explore how we can communicate scale through art. Again, this is just a concept so don’t get too attached to it. But a variation of the "black broken halo" will be one of the many traits in the collection.

"Kill Bill" is actually based on a Japanese manga from 1972. The original title was called "Lady Snowblood" (later also released as a movie). And because Tarantino is a fan of Ghost in the Shell, he hired the Japanese animation studio that produced the Ghost in the Shell movie from 1995. They then created the animated backstory of O-Ren Ishii which is literally an anime sequence within the "Kill Bill" movie. Another influence for "Kill Bill" was the manga "Lone Wolf and Cub" from 1970. And the iconic yellow tracksuit of the "Kill Bill" main character (Uma Thurman) was taken from the Hong Kong movie "Game of Death" with Bruce Lee. Japan and the East have forever inspired and fascinated the West. Either directly or indirectly.

This is a quick insight into how DeGods created their character for the y00t collection. The big takeaway is that a lot of experimenting is necessary and sufficient time needs to be spent in exploring the art direction. Because collectors and holders historically have shown to appreciate originality, attention to detail, and passion. Which means: the more you put into getting the style and characters right, the greater the chances for the collection to moon.

This early concept visualizes the relationship of a character with her companion. These little friends are part of the collection and play a vital role in Majin. But be careful: they are not just rare and cute. They protect their owners and may at times display unexpected capabilities.

So if things go just wrong enough, they will absolutely print a few more trillion to at least push the responsibility and doom onto the next president. And the UK, EU etc. will follow suit because they cannot afford the uprising of their population due to a recession while the US is striving and high and happy on inflation. If that happens the whole market will run wild and even the worst coins will pump again. Are the odds high? Meh. But the odds are at least not zero. There's a good chance for outrageous pumpery and government level scammery to our benefit. And if it doesn't happen — fine by us. For fitness, your body needs TIME to adjust to routine before it can yield results. For relationships, trust and bond need to be established over TIME. For wealth, your portfolio grows over TIME through diversification. That means: if you feel that you do not have TIME — then you already lost. Short-term strategies DO NOT WORK, and short-term thinking leads to false expectations which ensure you NEVER achieve the outcome you desire. This leaves you with 2 options: A) Remain WILLFULLY ignorant and continue to get baited by short-term TRAPS that guarantee you never achieve your goals. B) Prepare for your patience to be tested BUT equally REWARDED long-term. Yes, the market took a heavy hit today, and maybe it keeps going like this. So fucking what. He knows what he wants, and deep down also knows how to get it. But he prefers to stroll around, look at everything life has to offer, and at best put in half-assed effort — just to be able to tell himself that he "tried” but life is “unfair”. Because he is AFRAID that if he were to put in REAL effort, time and patience, the stakes would be too high for him to handle. This is the reason why the SLOPPER is a life-long COWARD. He never REALLY tried. He never committed FULLY to anything. He always left himself an excuse as a way out. In his head: no real effort = no real failure. But that also means he NEVER EVEN HAD A SHOT at success. Never achieved the physique he wanted. Never got the girl he wanted. Never became financially free. The spirit of Majin is the opposite of that. We don’t window shop. We grab opportunities BY THE BALLS and we hold on to them for however long we fucking need to in order to achieve the results we DESERVE. The SLOPPER on the other hand knows that he doesn't even deserve it. Why would god reward someone with no patience who can only think short-term? It ain't going to happen. But those who play the LONG GAME, those who can WAIT patiently, those who lay in the grass like fucking SNIPERS - ready to PULL THE TRIGGER at any moment - THOSE ARE THE ONES WHO WIN. And yes, maybe you don't win today. Maybe not even tomorrow. But you WILL win. On an extended timeframe the SLOPPER always loses, and the ones playing the LONG GAME always win. Why do you think this gay metaphor with the rabbit and turtle has been around forever? Because slow and steady always wins in life. Remember that the next time you have sex. How well does it serve you to have no fucking stamina. How well does it serve you that you cannot STAY HARD.
