I was diagnosed last June but these are my most recent alpha gal lab results. I not only have the allergy but I'm Class V (I - V with V being the worst). @fleccas @RichardRatBoy1

My allergist said deer is low in alpha gal. I didn't believe him and have a 2 mo. old so haven't tried to hunt this year. My husband got one and my father in law gave us one. I can comfirm, I can actually eat deer with no allergic reaction. Hallelujah, I've missed red meat.

My baby had his 2 month checkup and I'm told he isn't gaining enough weight. I like practicing "baby-led" breastfeeding so when he's hungry he eats and as much as he wants. The Dr., though, wants me to feed him like he's a duck destined for foie gras.

Absolutely insane that WV is "confirming the first cases" of alpha gal in WV. It's been here. Since I was officially diagnosed in June, nearly every single person I've talked to about it around town either knows someone who has it or has it themselves.

Butchering our last lamb today. The Hubby's @RANK1WV on butchering duty for this one. Being 36 weeks pregnant and afflicted with alpha gal allergy didn't make me super excited to do it.
