As we commemorate the
#InternationalDayoftheAfricanChild, we are reminded that access to clean water, safe sanitation, and proper hygiene is not only a basic right but also a foundation for children's well-being, learning, protection, and development.
At Right To Play Uganda, we recognize that children cannot fully participate in education or enjoy the benefits of play when they are affected by poor sanitation, waterborne diseases, or inadequate hygiene facilities. Through our work in schools and communities, we support safe, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environments where children can learn, play, and develop the skills they need to thrive.
