Obvious ripple effects with this move. Milburn is an experienced QB in the conference and with the coaching change at Hedgesville, the door opened to a move.
Also a season of turnover at QB in the EPAC as Brian Dick of Martinsburg is the only QB who started a year ago for his team to suit up again this football season.
