Player Behavior summary:  In the next few patches we're rolling out a bunch of features to make your game experience better. Boosting and Hitchiking - We banned and reverted the ranks of tens of thousands of accounts that have been boosted or hitchiked. Fun Kled post for today: while I was rescripting parts of Kled's remount, I found out what it looks like if Kled remounts but...Skaarl never comes back. A strong, independent Kled don't need no lizard

Fun Kled fact for today: Kled was intended to up the dash range of his dismount dash for each nearby enemy champion, but due to a typo, it never worked. We tested it and generally didn't think it was good, so I cut it, but here's Kled dismounting near 15 Annies
