So it appears you can have too much off a good chorizo thing as I used a cookbook provided by @matthews27306 to do squid and chorizo kebabs as well as my signature chicken and chorizo π«£

A reflective morning at Heart Mountain where the US put its own citizens into a relocation centres ( concentration camps ) in WW2 - to them be blown away by the wonder of nature in Yellowstone in the afternoon including Old Faithful and Keplar Falls - finished off with my first ever sighting of a wolf who was clearly hungry !

Great to see Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse memorial yesterday but the geological wonders en route to Cody were something else π- next store Yellowstone. ππ»

So the benefit of being a year wiser last month coupled with some training and a lot of heart workouts watching United meant I finally achieved a life ambition this morning of running a 10k faster than my age ππͺI will leave the mathematicians to work out my age π€£ #Believe

I definitely have that Happy Friday feeling as is I lost my wallet whilst doing a day tour of Madeira but sone kind person handed it in to the local police station with all the cards and cash inside them π
