There can be lifelong consequences to speeding through roadwork sites which can be devastating for the driver as well as fatal for roadworkers.
When you’re driving through roadworks, please be roadworker aware, slow down & take care.

16th Jan 2013. #SuzanneCaudell , a traffic controller, was killed when a truck driver drove on the road verge at 106kmph in a 60kmph work zone and he brutally and viciously sent her flying 50m down the road. I visited the site today.

All too often, roadworkers lives are placed at risk by fatigued drivers falling asleep behind the wheel and crashing into their roadwork sites. This is VERY good advice!

When you’re leaving roadworks, it’s important to know the signs.
This is the last sign you will see when driving through roadworks. It marks the end of the roadworks and tells you that, after passing the sign, the road’s normal speed limit applies.

When you’re driving through roadworks, "Know the Signs". This sign lets you know there may be a traffic controller with a stop/slow bat on or near the road ahead and it usually comes after a reduce speed or roadworker warning sign. #seetheconesobeythezones #TMAA
