Saddened by the tragic loss of Toronto Police Service Constable Marc Pinizzotto and OPP Constable Tarun Bali this week. Two dedicated officers who died in the line of duty. Two heartbreaking losses for their colleagues and loved ones. My condolences to the families, friends, and fellow officers of Constable Pinizzotto and Constable Bali during this incredibly difficult time. I honour their service to their communities and to Ontario.

I heard from people across #Ottawa, of all generations, about their concerns for today and their hopes for the future. I want you to know: I hear you. The best way to serve people is by listening, and that’s why gatherings like this matter. Every conversation helps shape a better path forward. I want to lead because I believe we can build an Ontario where the next generation doesn’t have to struggle with the challenges so many families face today, whether it’s finding a family doctor, affording a home, or accessing a quality education.
