It’s @TheBHF #RestartAHeartDay today. To mark it, Nathan and I spent lunchtime at @TyPawb to get members of the public performing chest compressions. And have a few CPR races! I won my race with Nathan with time to take a selfie before he finished! @WrexhamUni
