Oregon’s compromise map is just that—a compromise from both parties. Importantly, the map reflects the state’s diverse communities, preserves a competitive seat, and shows that public input was considered.

RHEA also ensures that health plans cannot discriminate on the basis of gender identity and critically, the bill codified the right to abortion in the State of Oregon.
This should be true in every state.

Just over 3 years ago the Reproductive Health Equity Act (RHEA) was signed into law in Oregon, passed by @ORSenDemocrats and @ORHouseDems during the 2017 #ORleg session.

Starting today, indoor mask use is required in all indoor spaces statewide, in response to surging #COVID19 cases and hospitalizations.
The #DeltaVariant, 3x more infectious than previous mutations of the virus, now accounts for almost every newly reported COVID-19 case.
