Over 800 of our Chicago  Coming Soon listings prioritized at the top of Redfin.com with buyer inquires always going to the seller’s listing agent at no referral fee. This reflects all of our owned family of brands including @atproperties, @coldwellbanker, @Compass, and @JamesonSIR (Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty) with franchise affiliates receiving this Redfin Coming Soon marketing option end of June. If a year ago, I would have told you we would get the agents’ names and photos back on their listings on Redfin.com, you would have said that’s impossible. But we did it. This is the first example of real estate professionals across the Compass International Holdings family of brands benefiting from our partnership with Redfin, giving them the ability to syndicate Coming Soon listings to 60 million buyers with no days on market, no price drop history, and no home valuation estimates.

Connecticut state law now requires that sellers have the option - with disclosure - to privately market their homes We've been advocating for a simple principle: homeowners should have a choice in how they market their homes. Sellers, together with their agents, should be able to decide how they market their home. The seller hired the agent and brokerage firm to provide guidance and advice. They did not hire a third-party portal or platform to make that decision for them. #choicevscontrol

On Tuesday night, I had the honor of recognizing the 2025 Top 100 Producers in Westchester County from Julia B Fee Sotheby's International Realty. Reflecting on my time in Nashville this week, there is an exceptional level of engagement on issues that matter most in our business today. Agents and brokers from every brand in our family took time to be together and consider the best ways to exceed the expectations of customers marketing their homes in the area, during a time of heightened distraction. Thank you to our leaders like Ashton Alexander, Ashley Dembowski, and Greg Sexton, and to every real estate professional who showed up to exchange ideas. Like our agents and brokers, we are out in our business every day creating the human connection that drives our business, and that no portal can replace.

What an Incredible day in Nashville! Thank you to our local leaders, Kristy Hairston and Stephanie Clark, and to every real estate professional who showed up today in support of their clients. Who should decide how a home is marketed…the homeowner and their trusted advisor, or a platform? We believe homeowners deserve transparency, seller choice, and representation that puts their interests first. Homeowners should decide when, where, and how their homes are marketed. Consumers should know who they’re communicating with. And agents should be free to recommend the strategy they believe best serves their clients. Because no platform should have more influence over how a home is marketed than the homeowner who owns it. We’ll keep fighting for that.
