Recently a good customer purchased a 45 X 60 acrylic print of this image. It looked fabulous in such a large format. They are hanging it in the entryway of their apartment. It is a zoom blur of neon lights in Shinjuku which I shot many years ago on Fuji Velvia film.

We decorated our Christmas tree today. It is the first time since before the pandemic that we put up a Christmas tree. So nice to see all the ornaments again.

When I am traveling I try to find elevated viewpoints. These are the rooftops of central Lisbon from Sao Jorge castle. The red tile roofs are so beautiful!

This is a closeup shot of one of the buildings at Place de la Bourse in Bordeaux, France. Many of the older buildings have faces carved above the windows and doors. In French these faces are called mascaroons which sounds very similar to the confection macaroon.
