A couple of loaves baked today. The first is a white loaf, whereas the 2nd has white and 8 grain flour in it.
Iāve also baked sticky Ginger cakes, with fresh grated, stem and ground ginger in them and some ginger snap biscuits too.

After roasting a leg of lamb, for tomorrowās dinner, Iāve baked cheese and ham Muffins. Once baked theyāre brushed with a garlic infused butter to glaze.

My mother enjoys baking too, weāve baked Steak n onion & chicken Pies. Cheesy sausage rolls, thereās a couple of quiches, as our neighbour brought 18 fresh eggs and to finish off thereās a ham n egg pie.
