Word of warning , if a representative calls you from @Optimum in regards to receiving a one time credit of $150 related to discontinuance of MSG…run…after they applied the credit they wiped out my DVR and all my tv packages…been trying to get this fixed for 3 hours…the worst

Part II - after almost 3 hours of calls I could only get my services and DVR back if I agree to a new higher cost “ promotional rate “ …if I choose to not accept that rate and wait 3 days for a manager escalation my DVR recordings will be gone …@Optimum - thank you 😡
