North Carolina should offer the job to native son Rick Barnes. Wouldn't be a long term solution, but I bet he would stabilize that thing in a hurry and win big quickly. Doubt it would happen, but would be fascinating to see what the Hickory native would do if offered the chance to close out his career in Chapel Hill.

Where was he going? LOL He just gave one of the most tone deaf postgame interviews in history after an NCAA Tournament loss, and he comes off as ignorant and a terrible person to lead young men, but I don’t think anyone thought he was going anywhere as a result. Tough look for an AD who purportedly cares about what you’re supposed to care about in that job to be hugging that guy.
