We can strengthen our chances of this deal holding by cutting all military/intel assistance to Israel, they took every opportunity to tank this deal & will likely do so again unless we take action. We should also quietly get our troops out of the bases in the Gulf that can be reached by Iran. This ensures Iranian hardliners can’t strike us to drag us back into the fight. Take away every factor that we can control that could force us back into the war on Israel or Iran’s terms. Set all conditions that we can control in our favor.
This is great news & a very smart move by President Trump!

Congratulations, @POTUS! President Trump achieved what the experts said was impossible. Through strength, resolve, and decisive leadership, he secured another historic victory for peace, stability, and American leadership on the world stage. When others doubted, President Trump delivered.
“The Deal with Islamic Republic of Iran is now complete. Congratulations to all!” President Donald J. Trump 🇺🇸

The ceasefire agreement with Iran with the opening of the Strait of Hormuz is welcome news. Democrats should support it. I am glad it includes a provision for mutual respect of the US & Iran's sovereignty so we do not launch a dumb war of choice again. The war was a costly lesson for the US. As expected, Trump failed to bring about regime change. The terms seem no better than what Obama secured under the JCPOA nearly a decade ago. America lost 14 precious service members and wasted billions of dollars on this foolish endeavor. But today, we can be relieved that gas and food costs will start coming down for Americans. And that no more American or civilian lives will be lost. It also shows that when the Congress votes to end war --as we did last week -- it can be a wake up call for the President to listen to the anti-war sentiments of the American people.

There are 2 ways this can get a vote! 1) 4 Democrats and 3 Republicans on Rules Committee take a stand. or 2) Any 6 Republicans in the whole House withhold their votes for “the Rule” next week unless this amdt is allowed a vote in that Rule. (Dems always vote no on the Rule)

This is absurd. If this is some kind of game, it’s sick. The U.S. enters negotiations only to be seemingly sabotaged by Israel. And now it’s just an underhanded plan? 😳🤦🏼‍♂️⁉️
🚨Following Israel’s Bombardment Of Beirut This Morning, Iran-US Negotiations Have Halted Iran will retaliate & Israel has raised its level of alert. This was expected & a predictable outcome. The U.S.-Israeli alliance is trying to force concessions out of the Iranians through this strategy, which is why Trump is claiming the Beirut strike shouldn’t have happened publicly, while privately green-lighting it.

The Lord is a refuge for the poor (cf. Ps 14:6). In Christ, we are called to become poor and to be a refuge for the poor. The Christian community cannot remain indifferent to the many who stand at the door but remain invisible to those who are shut within their own walls. vatican.va/content/leo-xiv/e…

WOW 🚨 United States Pardon Attorney confirms the ONLY pardon that was physically signed, not by autopen, was Hunter Biden’s pardon He says Anthony Fauci was very worried about getting a pardon and reached out to make sure he got one, he immediately officially accepted it to make it legal once he got it “The only signature on pardons that you see with a wet pen is Hunter Biden, which was signed at Thanksgiving. All the rest are auto pen, which begs another question But most importantly, you can see these are email exchanges where Fauci, Dr. Fauci's lawyer, is saying, will there be pardons for Fauci? And then in the morning of January 20th, and just in time for the change of the presidency, Fauci got his pardon. And you have to accept under American law, the one thing the Supreme Court has said is you have to accept the pardon. So Fauci immediately had his lawyer say, I accept the pardon, and sent that in. So they were very aware that they needed that and they wanted it.” Crimes Against Humanity can’t be pardoned Also according to everything I could find, the presidential pardon system was never meant to be used the way Biden used it. Every pardon should be thrown out

Fmr. NIH Director Francis Collins deliberately scrubbed Fauci’s name from the infamous Proximal Origins paper because of Fauci’s glaring conflict of interest. Nature Medicine (the publisher) offered no condemnation or scrutiny of the ethics. These COVID investigations matter because they expose protectionism within the scientific community that breeds gatekeeping. It's suppressing research, stifling innovation, destroying objectivity, & eroding public trust.

I don't feel proud of rebuilding my life in sobriety and recovery, I feel humility. I should've died several times in my addiction, but God had other plans. Today and everyday, I lower my head and say: "There but for the grace of God go I."

Today, I’m releasing never before seen intelligence revealing new evidence of past US government funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including Ukraine. In support of President Trump‘s Executive Order to end federal funding of dangerous gain of function research around the world, and increase transparency and accountability, ODNI will continue working with partners across the Administration to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain, and what “research” is being conducted. odni.gov/index.php/newsroom/…

Today we filed a motion asking the First Circuit to expedite our appeal of the district court's order in the AAP lawsuit that left ACIP—the nation's vaccine advisory committee—without a quorum. AAP opposes our motion. I've been consistent from day one: I do not want to take vaccines away from anyone. Our policy changes preserved access and coverage. But the court's order has left ACIP unable to carry out its core responsibilities. As a result, the committee cannot issue new recommendations, review newly approved vaccines, or complete important work ahead of the fall flu season. A functioning ACIP is essential to ensuring that vaccine recommendations remain grounded in evidence and available to the families and providers who rely on them. Families, physicians, insurers, and public health programs deserve certainty—not paralysis. That's why we're asking for expedited review. Our appeal seeks to restore a functioning ACIP so the vaccine recommendation process can continue, and families, physicians, and public health programs have the guidance they need.

Karen Bass’ awkward response to her brother suing her for losing his $2M home in Palisades Fire | David Thompson, California Post Karen Bass’ awkward response to her brother suing her for losing his $2M home in Palisades Fire Karen Bass could not flee fast enough as she was quizzed about her older brother suing the City of Los Angeles after his luxury Malibu home was destroyed in the Palisades fire. The mayor, who is seeking re-election, repeatedly refused to discuss the lawsuit and ducked into her blacked-out chauffer-Suburban when politely approached at World Cup soccer event on Thursday. Bass was asked three time about the city being sued by her older sibling Kenneth Bass, 78, but refused to respond on each occasion. “We’re not talking about that!” a rattled Bass assistant said as she tried to prevent her boss from being asked questions about the suit filed by her big brother and his wife, Cindy, 70. “We’re focusing on this event.” Bass, 72, was attending an event for her Kick it in the Park at Echo Park Lake near downtown LA to promote the screening of live World Cup soccer matches. Her brother’s suit, filed in May, shows he and wife, Cindy, are joining a class action against the city over the deadly fire. Their claims states that as well as their home being razed, they suffered smoke inhalation, severe emotional distress, mental anguish and annoyance. Their home was se on 1.5 acres in Rambla Pacifico, Malibu, overlooking the iconic Malibu Pier and Surfrider Beach. The couple sold the lot without the main home on May 1 last year for $2,000,000. The pool, a putting green an a guest home survived the fire. They then purchased a modern five-bedroom, five-bathroom luxury mansion near Culver City in June for $6,100,000, with a $1.1 million mortgage, close to his home remodeling company ”The Kitchen Store.” The complaint was filed on May 18 in LA County Superior Court, and seeks a trial by jury. “The Palisades Fire has been a traumatic event for its victims, who through no fault of their own, went from homeowners to homeless in a matter of hours,” it states. Part of the blame, according to the suit, is that the Santa Ynez Reservoir located in the Palisades was left empty – meaning there was reduced water supplies for firefighters to use. “Along with tens of thousands of victims in the Palisades Fire, Kenneth and Cindy Bass retained legal representation for counsel and advice a year ago in June 2025,” attorneys for the couple told The Post in a statement. “As part of the mass tort legal process, Mr. and Mrs. Bass’ names were formally added as some of the nearly 40,000 victims who suffered losses. Their family connections are irrelevant, and as non-public citizens they are entitled to respectful privacy as they pursue their legal rights along with all represented victims.” The lawsuit names the City of Los Angeles and the LA Department of Water and Power (LADWP), alongside a laundry list of other defendants. The original complaint also included Southern California Edison, the J. Paul Getty Trust, and various telecom and state park entities. Mayor Bass, who has faced scathing criticism over her handling of the wildfires, revealed that her brother and his wife had lost their longtime Malibu residence. “The loss that you’re going through, I share indirectly. It’s hit my family too,” she said two weeks after the fire. Attorneys representing the city and DWP have denied any wrongdoing. “Our office remains confident in the City’s overall position that it is not liable for these disastrous wildfires,” said Ivor Pine, a spokesperson for the City Attorney’s office, to L.A. Material. nypost.com/2026/06/11/us-new…
