Do you speak up if a process isn’t working for your team? Do you help the host gather dirty dishes after a party, or organize the search party when someone’s furry friend escapes their leash?
In many ways, leadership is just about identifying the next brave step and taking it.

I saw the strangest thing recently in a @heathrow airport lounge…a line up for the men’s WC! And not at the ladies. It was amusing to see the impatient body language demonstrated by the men, while we women sported satisfied grins :)

Reading books is a great way to learn and grow. One of the books I read in 2023 was ‘Think Again’ by Adam Grant — I highly recommend it.
