Here’s an unpopular opinion, I loved the 2am kick off time for Scotland’s match last night. Yeah it’d have been nice to have had an evening match but when will I get a chance of watching a match with my boy in the dead of the night again? What the world cups all about. 👍

Have to be honest, the quality of football on show in the Canada v Bosnia match was shocking. Two bang average teams and that’s being kind.

If that Man Utd goal was given in Scotland we’d have endless comments from some saying that’s brought shame and embarrassment to the country! 🤭

If the 26/27 SPL is as good as this years title race were on for a treat. Fair play to Hearts for doing so well, fell at the last hurdle but I think their board will back McInnes in the summer. As a Hibs fan I could only dream for similar at ER. One day maybe.

Biggest take away from this morning’s F1… Having Anthony Davidson on Co-comms is like listening to Michael McInytre. Very similar voices/accents. #chineseGP

Scotland concede 40 points two matches in a row. Awful performance today.

According to sources, today made history. France are the first Six Nations team to ever score 40 points in a Six Nations match and end up losing.

Why does @British_Airways insist on adding a checked in bag to every passenger when booking flights? Makes such a difference to prices, and my kids don’t need a huge bag each. Why can’t they allow you to book a number of bags as you book?

Not sure how the media can say today’s win answers Townsend’s critics. It doesn’t, it backs those critics’ points up. Every year Scotland play well against England, pretty decent v Wales but poorly against the rest. And the same has happened this year. No consistency.

At last, @BBCNews have their main story as the historic uprising in Iran. A story which could change the political landscape of the WORLD!! Only kidding, they’re more concerned it might snow during winter. Maybe tomorrow….

Been on there today John? Absolute not a dicky bird about it. The biggest news event on the planet right now and nothing. How strange is that?
I have just looked at the BBC News website Not a mention of Iran Multiple sackings, please

Spent the last couple of hours reading and watching the news about Venezuela. Looks like the average person over there is over the moon at the news. So genuinely thrilled for them. Hope we get the same result in Iran.

Really hoping this all works out well for the Iranian people. Good luck to them.

Really enjoyed the Chevy Chase documentary. Think it was pretty shitty how SNL treated him on the 50th anniversary show. Okay he might not have been the easiest bloke to get in with but he’s a comedy legend.

Really wish drums were banned from Scottish football grounds. Absolutely ruin the atmosphere.

Kelly Cates has no feet. It’s quite off putting. 😆

I wonder if anyone left Hampden at the 90 minute mark to ‘beat the rush’. I really hope not.

Having a hard time deciding who was worse tonight. Che Adam’s or the BBC commentator. Decided to go with the BBC commentator, completely clueless. Particular lowlight was when he positioned the Belarus equaliser as a negative! #scotlandgreece

My goodness. If I wasn’t such a chilled out kind of bloke, this would really make my blood boil. Lockdowns were completely unnecessary and so damaging to the economy.
So Chris Whitty now admits it wasn’t a great idea to confine millions of Brits indoors to fight a respiratory virus it was very hard to catch outdoors. “It happened almost by accident,” says the Covid scientific genius. No words. mol.im/a/15211187
