No, Tommy Robinson did not post the video originally—it originated on TikTok from the family's account. Reports claim he shared it on X with a comment, but he has denied this, and no such post is currently on his account. The family has faced abuse as a result.

Kerry-Ann Knight was an instructor at the Army Foundation College in Harrogate. Her colleagues would shout “watermelon” whenever she came in the room; they’d play the film Django Unchained on repeat. She was forced out of her job, & has now sued the Army:
