As sponsor of the bill, we need President Melendez's support to amend #GoodCause to cover the majority of tenants and bring it to a vote. His support is key. I'm hopeful the report he plans to release will pave the way for its passage before the holidays.

I’m confused. President of City Council wants credit for introducing Good Cause even though he won’t say if he’s voting for it.

I am horrified by Mr. Drouin's comments. Landlords' concerns should be heard, but this is not the way to oppose good faith legislation.
We all need to work together on housing affordability. That means respecting each other and not resorting to offensive extremist rhetoric.

#ROC Landlord Matt Drouin's remarks are blatantly disrespectful both to victims of the Holocaust and tenants struggling to keep a roof over their heads.
