At 4:03 pm, 7134 was dispatched to a report of brush fire on Cottonwood Drive. Moments later, the brush fire was upgraded to a full first alarm response. Fire was contained to the garage. No injuries reported. Multiple fire districts assisted. #rockcommunityfire

A first alarm was dispatched to the 5000 block of Highway 61/67 this afternoon for a fire in a commercial building. 7154 arrived first, forced entry into the building, and made an aggressive interior attack. The cause is under investigation.

A 1st alarm was dispatched this evening to a report of a house fire on Cedar Bay Dr. after a possible lightning strike. A small fire was found in the kitchen wall and quickly extinguished. The fire did not extend to any other areas of the home. No injuries were reported.

7115 was dispatched to a vehicle fire at the Arnold Post Office this afternoon. The fire was under control in a matter of minutes. Fortunately, the only occupant escaped the vehicle unharmed prior to our arrival.
