If they keep the 4th wall breaking aspect to Flowey I think it would make sense to make him a character that has been built up over the course of the game, a character who is associated with friends and a character who ALSO stalks you.
I dont fully believe this but it'd be cool.

The reason that Deltarune chapter 5 is japan themed is because Toby saw Hyuman's japanese remixes and was like "Hmmmmm i should do that..."

but seriously i was NOT expecting it to be Japan themed and i am happy that it is. I feel chapter 1 already did the classic medieval european fantasy world really well so itd be repetitive to do it again for asgore
