It’s #WorldMentalHealthDay. Last night I had a horrible anxiety attack. Shaking, unable to think straight and just horrid. Mental health is as important as physical health. Just cause you can’t see the pain on the outside doesn’t mean it’s not there hurting. Care for each other.
