Players get yourself sign-up with this app and enjoy a summer of great work-outs. Coaches send this to your players so they can get better this off-season when working on their game alone. I wish I had this when I was younger.

One of the biggest opportunities in player development is bridging the gap between practice and games. If we want players to make better reads and quicker decisions under pressure, we have to give them opportunities to think, adapt, and solve problems in practice. Guided instruction has its place, but so do live reps, constraints, and controlled chaos. The goal isn’t to create players who memorize moves... it’s to develop confident decision-makers who can feel the game and react to whatever the defense gives them. 🏀📈

High School coaches do it for free. I guarantee my years of coaching gives me player development credibility.
🚨 Parents ..please give your travel ball coaches and trainers the same pressure you give high school coaches when it comes to the development of your child . They get all your money and time but share no responsibility on why your child isn’t being recruited … and I mean all your time and money 💰

The hardest players to coach aren't the ones who struggle. It's the ones who struggle and think they already know why.

A great high school basketball coach isn't just building a team, he's building people. - Effort over ego. - Discipline over talent. - We over me.

I see parents fighting coaches on basic coaching. When not at mid line, not taking good shots, and being in the right spots v pressure a good coach is going to coach you.

A lot of these young hoopers Were never taught the basics of basketball in AAU or college They literally DNK how to play team defense or run an offense Knicks roster came up in programs that required it See the difference?

I had a kid ask if he can shoot 3 pointers. I told him that was not his shot right now. Good kid but lacks basic basketball skills. It would be like going from reading Curious George to War and Peace.

It never ceases to amaze me how much of winning basketball simply comes down to playing harder and having more “want to” than the opposition. This is true during games, in the weight room, during skill work, at practice, in the off season. The competition never really ends.

A “next play” mentality isn’t about ignoring reality—it’s about accepting it. Stop focusing on what just happened and lock in on what needs to happen next.
