It's not even supposed to work in-game, but the game for some reason favours center formations like this.
It's all pass, pass, through pass = Goal.
You'd have sharp wingers with acceleration Burst and momentum dribbling and instead of playing them wide you'd train them as a CF or SS. Play them in their natural position.
Play the game to enjoy, not just to win. It's not necessary
