Gerb said it better than I did. Agree completely.
Mr. Mellon, While many, including myself, appreciate your tenacity here, this is a perplexing tweet... You are calling for the release of UAP space data, satellite data, and detection from the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System; however, you yourself have commented on several occasions on the existence of both the legacy programs and recovered materials/biological samples. The number one example that comes to mind is this redacted Signal messaging screenshot you released in 2024 in response to Sean Kirkpatrick voluntarily offering Signal exchanges between you and him for a FOIA release. This redacted exchange with an unknown individual not only confirms you know the management structure, security control systems, and ownership of the crash retrieval portfolio, but that you are also aware of a highly classified memo by SecAF in the 1950s that is still in effect to maintain cover for the legacy programs. Indeed, you also in this exchange confirm you are aware of the Air Force legacy SES-2 gatekeeper (likely Russel E. Wyler) and state the 1953 Kingman, Arizona UFO crash was indeed real and recovered. So why exactly is this memo by a former SecAF or the release of the Kingman wreckage and biologics not a priority for you? These have lower precedence than your listed IMINT/SIGINT data?.... You have said similar things on several occasions regarding UFO retrieval and exploitation, including a 2023 NewsNation appearance with Chris Cuomo where you stated: "I’ve been told that we have recovered technology that did not originate on this Earth, by officials in the Department of Defense and by former intelligence officials." newsnationnow.com/cuomo-show… This feels like a bizarre pivot back to your and Mr. Elizondo's ~ 2017-2023 narrative of discussing an amorphous non-human presence on this planet without breaking into the fine details of recovered technical vehicles or biologics. At the same time, I find it bizarre that your list is excluding maritime UFO sensor data encounters. We know, all the way back to the days of Project Blue Book, USO/maritime UFO encounters are often strikingly anomalous and occur almost more frequently than any space-based UFO monitoring and tracking. Others and I share the concern that within the Age of Disclosure documentary, Jay Stratton, who retired as a Defense Intelligence Senior Executive (DISES) from the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), purposefully excluded Navy elements from the film's "Legacy Program" outline to protect his Naval interest or prior exposure to Naval Legacy Elements. Mr. Mellon, are you doing the same? Admiral Gallaudet has advocated for the study of UFO/USO in maritime environments tirelessly. Why do you not also advocate for release of such data? An additional worthy pursuit, as I have publicly requested, is for you to comment on your former SSCI coworker, Mary K. Sturtevant. As I have stated, I am aware that whilst Sturtevant was Lockheed Martin VP of Government Affairs and VP for Intelligence, Joint and Science & Technology Progams, she aided in the blocking of the Kona Blue PSAP UFO materials transfer between Lockheed Martin and the AAWSAP. My public request to you can be found here: x.com/UAPGERB/status/1971960… Why is UFO retrieval, exploitation, and reverse engineering, for which you have advocated transparency in the past, taking a backseat to a handful of specific sensor data?

Absolutely. This playbook has been used before. I'd like to think the genie is out of the bottle, and the effort to stymie TRUE disclosure priorities will fail. But we will see.
ASIRP DISPATCH SPECIAL REPORT: We asked for the files and got a committee. For years the demand has been concrete: release the records on crash retrievals, reverse engineering, and recovered materials. This weekend the emerging answer is a science advisory council, announced on Avi Loeb’s personal blog, its roster edited in public three times in a day, chaired by the one scientist holding a public bet that disclosure will not happen by 2030, convened by the same agencies that hold those files, and it has no power to release a single one of them. This is how disclosure disappears. An official-looking body takes the seat where the real investigation belongs, and the seat reads as filled. My full breakdown of what this council is, and what it’s likely built to avoid: open.substack.com/pub/asirpj…

uNHIdden launches Preparedness Plan - a public health approach to disclosure Today uNHIdden publishes Preparing for Disclosure ‒ the first public health preparedness framework for paradigm-shifting discoveries. Governments prepare for pandemics, natural disasters and industrial incidents. Almost nobody is preparing for the human consequences of a discovery that fundamentally changes how people understand themselves and their place in the universe. Federally funded research and development centers occupy a unique position of public trust. These entities often receive privileged access to federal facilities, U.S. government programs/activities, classified information, sensitive data, personnel, and government-funded research. They cannot become private vaults for federal records—especially records Congress has directed to be identified, preserved, reviewed, and transferred for public release.

To add to this, about 3 years ago, a very senior intel leader described SK to me as (paraphrasing from memory) “The guy who gets called in when they want an endeavor to fail by design.”
Right after the confrontation between @GallaudetTim & Sean Kirkpatrick, I reported the following information from people who are still active at AARO. The problem was not the entire office, just a few bad apples.

Absolutely no one should take @neiltyson seriously on anything remotely adjacent to UAP / UFO’s. I know personally that he refused an opportunity to meet with senior government officials who were advocating for transparency on this issue. As Kristin says, he has spent his entire career dismissing and mocking the subject. I don’t know if his intentions are knowingly malicious, but the effect of his behavior has hindered public progress on this issue. Furthermore, he conflates advanced, non-human technologies with “aliens from another galaxy”. This is the same tactic employed by the Pentagon’s OUSD(I&S), their PAO, former AARO director, and CIA DS&T. Throwing the baby out with the bath water / guilt by association / straw man / red herring. He sure is a fantastic communicator though. Great on television.
A note to my former colleagues in the media booking Neil deGrasse Tyson this week: He is the loudest, most high-profile dismisser of people who report alien encounters. He has spent years mocking them. And now he's selling a book about alien encounters. Ask him about that.

To journalists, news networks and reporters covering the #UFO file release today: Avoid the trap of saying "The UFO files have been released." They haven't. A very tiny subset of carefully screened and curated files, some of which had already been public for decades, have been released. Unless and until the Executive Branch officially acknowledges its decades-long research into recovered, non-human technology and biologics, any releases are a lukewarm PR effort, intended to release the pressure valve. If you are lazy, you'll oblige them. If you want the truth, I can introduce you to very senior US government officials who have sacrificed their careers to blow the whistle about what's really been happening in their offices and agencies.

If something important has been withheld on what I'll call for simplicity's sake "the UFO subject" we have no idea at all what the effect of this missing information about our universe and our world has done to our psyches and our society. Could it be that many of our problems, problems we cast about blaming on all sorts of imagined factors, in fact stem from a flawed or incomplete picture of reality? From an invisible chain reaction unleashed by basic intellectual deficits? I think it's very possible.

I remember when this was on the drawing board at IARPA. Fascinating tech.
The CIA used a secret new tool, “Ghost Murmur,” to locate a downed U.S. airman in Iran, its first real-world use. It can detect a human heartbeat from miles away using AI and advanced sensors: “If your heart is beating, we will find you.” Source: NY Post
Community note
The airman was located using a standard Boeing CSEL GPS beacon he activated, not a secret heartbeat detector; quantum magnetometry detects heart signals only at close range (cm), not miles away. bloomberg.com/news/articles/… arxiv.org/abs/2601.18843 pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC62…

SCOOP: Burlison's planning to "work with the White House on language" for updated UAPDA Who? Rep. @EricBurlison (R-MO) — Oversight Committee & Secrets Task Force Ask a Pol asks: The annual NDAA — or National Defense Authorization Act — season’s coming soon. Do you think there might be more support for something like Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and Sen. Mike Rounds’ UAP Disclosure Act this time around? Key Burlison: “I do,” @RepEricBurlison exclusively tells Ask a Pol UAP. “The time that I spent [last year] talking to these Committee Chairs in both the House and Senate has at least loosened the soil. So I think that’ll give me an opportunity when I go back and have the conversation, it’s not going to be a fresh topic to them.” LISTEN — full interview & transcript at Ask a Pol UAP on Substack.

Another Senior UFO Legacy Program figure currently or recently serving an executive role at Northrop Grumman - Michael Dempsey, @northropgrumman Vice President of Government Affairs and Strategy & Development for Space, Cyber, and Intelligence Prior to Northrop, Dempsey served briefly as Acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in 2017 following a tenure as Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Intelligence Integration in the Obama Administration from 2014-2017 under James Clapper. It is my understanding that Dempsey, allegedly, engaged in overseeing UFO crash retrieval and exploitation efforts housed under the National Security Council alongside James Clapper and his Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence (PDDNI) Stephanie O'Sullivan. During this time, Dempsey served as Obama's primary intelligence briefer.... If anyone partially read Obama into legacy activities during or post his presidency OR neglected to read Obama into such activities, this would have been Dempsey. Like any good senior legacy gatekeeper, Dempsey, of course, served for many years within the CIA. These CIA positions included: Deputy Associate Director for Military Affairs, Deputy CIA Representative to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Deputy Director of the Weapons Intelligence, Nonproliferation, Arms Control Center (WINPAC). @ChrisUKSharp of the @LiberationTimes has some excellent work discussing how WINPAC, now known as the Weapons and Counterproliferation Mission Center (WCPMC), "produces coordinated assessments for senior policymakers on foreign advanced weapons systems and technologies across the space, air, land, sea and undersea domains, including UAP." I highly recommend reading Sharp's work to also learn how James Clapper's brief retirement from service during 1998-2001 ties into WINPAC: liberationtimes.com/home/us-… It is my understanding that recently, allegedly, Dempsey oversaw a senior role in the administration of Northrop Grumman's NHI recovery and exploitation activities under his VP of Government Affairs role. For reference, @LockheedMartin VP of Government affairs from 2006-2021 was one Mary K. Sturtevant. During the early 2010's failed Kona Blue transfer of recovered UFO materials from Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company to the AAWSAP program, Sturtevant liaised between Lockheed VP Dr. Jim Ryder and CIA DS&T Deputy Director Glenn Gaffney, who was crucial to killing the proposed transfer. Perspective on the importance of "VP of Government Affairs" role within our primes Learn more about Dempsey: web.archive.org/web/20170203… en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_D… climate.columbia.edu/events/… forbes.com/sites/michaelpdem…

Updated Timeline and Description in Search for William “Neil” McCasland The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) continues the missing person investigation into the disappearance of 68-year-old William “Neil” McCasland, last known to have been at or near his residence in the area of Quail Run Court NE on the morning of Friday, February 27, 2026. A Silver Alert remains in effect, and Mr. McCasland remains missing. As previously stated, Mr. McCasland is a retired U.S. Air Force general. BCSO is the lead investigative agency and continues to coordinate with partner agencies in support of investigative follow up and search operations, including the FBI Albuquerque Field Office when tools, tactics, or techniques can assist. Search resources are coordinated through the New Mexico Department of Public Safety and New Mexico State Police Search and Rescue system, with volunteer search teams assisting as requested. Tomorrow marks two weeks since his disappearance. BCSO is releasing the following verified timeline to provide clarity on what is known. On February 27 at approximately 10:00 a.m., a repairman was at the residence and interacted with Mr. McCasland. At approximately 11:10 a.m., Mrs. McCasland Wilkerson left the home for a medical appointment. At approximately 12:04 p.m., she returned home and Mr. McCasland was not there. His phone, prescription glasses, and wearable devices were located at the residence. Mrs. McCasland Wilkerson began attempting to locate Mr. McCasland and contacted family and friends. At approximately 3:07 p.m., she reported him missing and the investigation began immediately. As the investigation has progressed, BCSO has identified items believed to be unaccounted for from the residence. Investigators believe Mr. McCasland may have been wearing the shirt shown in the attached photo. The photo depicts Mr. McCasland wearing a light green, long sleeve button-up outdoor shirt. Additional items believed to be missing include his hiking boots, wallet, and a .38 caliber revolver with a leather holster. Investigators also located a gray U.S. Air Force sweatshirt approximately 1.25 miles east of the residence on Saturday, March 7. The item was collected and processed. No blood was detected during initial processing, and additional analysis is pending. The sweatshirt has not been confirmed by family or friends to be associated with Mr. McCasland; however, it prompted an additional targeted search effort in the area. BCSO continues to pursue all credible leads and follow up on every tip received. While there is currently no evidence indicating foul play, investigators are examining all available information as the case remains active. Investigators have expanded a neighborhood canvass to more than 700 homes, requesting security video and information. Additional search efforts have included drone operations, helicopter support, ground searches with Search and Rescue teams, and K 9 searches. To date, BCSO has not received any confirmed sighting or confirmed video showing Mr. McCasland leaving the area or indicating a direction of travel. Search efforts and investigative follow up are ongoing. The Silver Alert was issued based on information available early in the investigation that indicated Mr. McCasland could be at some level of risk and that additional public assistance was needed to locate him. Due to privacy laws, BCSO will not release medical details or speculate about his state of mind. BCSO is again asking anyone in the area to check and submit security camera footage from Friday, February 27 and Saturday, February 28, particularly between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. in and around Quail Run Court NE and routes leading away from the neighborhood. If you were in the foothills or on trails February 27 to 28, please review any GoPro or phone footage and submit anything that may help. Video and photos can be uploaded here: berncosdnm.evidence.com/axon… Tips can be submitted by calling the BCSO Missing Persons Unit at 505-468-7070 or anonymously through Tip411 by texting BCSO and your tip to 847411.
