Uti Possidetis Juris: At Israel's 1948 independence, as the sole state from the British Mandate (post-Transjordan split), it inherited Mandate admin lines as borders. Judea & Samaria are thus sovereign Israeli territory by default int'l law. No contrary agreement exists.

Russia can no longer produce or import high-quality railway bearings (SKF, Timken gone). Chinese/Russian substitutes fail after <300k km instead of 800k km → wagons in workshop 3× more often → speeds collapsed to 1990s levels → 200 k wagons at risk.
