I document what it actually takes to build hard things with no excuses. Body, skills, income, AI. While living a real life.

The market is filled with beginners. That's why there is no real competition. But you still have to... Become so good that you can take on your hardest challenges on your worst days with ease and grace. You will win.

I took a break from writing online. Not because it’s hard or I got burned out. But because sometimes I want to feel detached from tech and enjoy pure peace.

I hate it when people think about discipline like it's this divine force that's reserved only for the elite or something. For real, just be serious about something and do it consistently. What the fuck is so hard about that?

I don't believe in this entire "specific" niche thing. Why would you limit yourself so much? I started copywriting years ago, was my first self-taught skill to earn online money with. I didn't specialize in one small tank. I reached out to Gym's, plumbers, creators, everyone

Today I felt weak in the gym. Those days when you wonder where your strength goes? Of course, I didn't leave yet, I just doubled the sets with lower weight and finished.

Personal opinion: You don’t always need a reason to get her flowers. Even if they’re handpicked.

Why would you bother getting attention from females when you can get jacked and rich doing something meanignful? Focus.

If you don't believe you can make it Why should anyone believe in you?

Advice I would give myself when I started making more money: Have a bag with $10k no matter what. Life can fuck you over faster than you know. You can lose a job in a heartbeat, your account can be blocked or hacked, you could lose everything fast.

How I went from lazy to productive in my early 20s: 1. Sleep is sacred, good rest = killer days 2. Physical training, heavy lifting 3. Set a goal, forget about it, only actions, no theory In a nutshell, get good sleep, work out for energy, and execute more than you plan.

We’re 4 months în since new year. Most have quit by the second week. What about you?

Three things I learned the hard way in my 20s: 1. When starting something go all in or don't start at all 2. If you say you're gonna do something, do it. No matter what it takes. Reputation is golden and rare 3. Take action faster than you consume knowledge Simple, not easy.

Use your 5-9 to escape your 9-5. Don't just quit, use it as fuel.

School isn’t bad. Obeying one mindset your entire life is.

If you’re in the X growth niche, listen: People show you: • How many tweets they posted • engagement • “Consistency” Exactly what they want you to see to lure you in. They don’t show: • what accounts they paid • how much invested in boosting • paying other creators

If a single father of 2 little girls with 2 jobs manages to hit the gym every week, why can’t you?

You're not behind because you lack talent. You're behind because you keep comparing your real life to someone's highlight reel. Most of what you see online is performance. Stop measuring yourself against fiction.

Hot take: Being talented is overrated. The most authentic man in the room beats the most gifted one every time. You don't need to be the smartest. You need to be the most yourself. Fully. Unapologetically. Relentlessly. That's the version that wins. open.substack.com/pub/manstr…
