Breath-taking photo of the day breaking over the Solent taken from a BA plane, Jan 17th, 2022. An amazing and challenging stretch of water, great for sail training in all weathers - we'll be back there in March after refit #sailtraining#britishairways#solent
We are delighted to have been awarded a grant of £1,000 from The AkzoNobel Community Fund. The fund was established to provide a further helping hand for charities , community groups and youth organisations that AkzoNobel staff already dedicated their free time to helping.
A huge thank you to Gareth Thomas and Tim Bannister from AkzoNobel Yacht Coatings, who are committed life-long Rona Sailing Project Volunteers for putting us forward for the grant.
We are dependent on a network of volunteers not only for running voyages and maintaining the vessels and to assisting with raising much needed funds. The grant will go directly towards supporting people to access life-changing sail training voyages in 2022. #AkzoNobelCares
